SALT/SAND FABRIC STORAGE BUILDING

The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) is seeking bids for the construction of a salt/sand fabric storage building in Kemmerer, Wyoming. The project involves manufacturing, delivering, and constructing a 40' x 60' fabric cover building for salt/sand storage. The building will be constructed on a 2'x2'x4' precast concrete block foundation with a finished height of 6'. The contractor shall deliver all material to the site within 60 days of receiving the purchase order. • The building will be 40' in width and approximately 60' in length. • The fabric cover shall be designed to withstand 60 PSF ground snow load and 105 mph wind load. • The building plans shall be sealed by a licensed professional engineer. • The contractor shall provide a schedule of maintenance and recommend a maintenance program. • The contractor shall pull all necessary city/local permits.
