Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) for Department of War Consortium Manager and Marketplace

The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Orlando (ACC-Orlando) is seeking a Consortium Management Firm (CMF) to create and manage a Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) Consortium with a strong and diverse membership. The CMF will also create and maintain a MOSA digital marketplace platform for hosting and discovering certified MOSA solutions. The MOSA Consortium embodies the Department’s commitment to breaking down barriers, fostering competition, and ensuring enduring technological superiority. The selected CMF will be responsible for managing a diverse community of non-traditional and traditional defense contractors, streamlining acquisition activities, and establishing a digital marketplace for MOSA solutions. The CMF will also be responsible for providing key deliverables, including a Consortium Management Plan, an Operational Marketplace Platform, and Financial and Performance Reports.
