Description
The Spokane Airport Board is seeking a qualified consulting firm to deliver comprehensive architectural, engineering, and construction‑management services for a multi‑phase tenant relocation and terminal improvement program at Spokane International Airport. The scope includes condition assessments, design of new and renovated spaces (police department, TSA offices, concourses, parking, cargo facilities, IT hub, etc.), preparation of construction‑ready documents, and optional construction‑management support. Critical project milestones require substantial completion of the most time‑sensitive improvements by January 31 2027 and final completion by March 31 2027.
