The Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) is seeking a qualified vendor to support the implementation, administration, and evaluation of the Youth Mental Health Services Program, commonly known as I Matter. The program aims to provide access to mental health services, including substance use disorder services, for youth in Colorado. The vendor will be responsible for delivering up to three or more reimbursed mental health sessions per youth participant, maintaining a provider network, and collecting and reporting program data. The contract is anticipated to start on July 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2027, with the possibility of renewal.
