This solicitation seeks a firm‑fixed‑price contract to provide Battery Cleaning Station Maintenance services at DLA Distribution’s Oklahoma City facilities located on Tinker Air Force Base. The contractor must perform environmental cleaning, corrosion removal, debris removal, limited wall cleaning, and apply a protective floor coating to designated battery charging stations across ten buildings, following strict safety, OSHA, and hazardous‑waste regulations. The effort is short‑duration (approximately one month) and will be paid on a time‑and‑materials basis. • Clean and de‑corrode battery charger surfaces, vacuum debris, and clean surrounding floors and walls up to 1 ft. • Collect and containerize contaminated water; dispose of waste in compliance with DOT/E‑Manifest requirements. • Apply a protective floor coating with a 24‑48 hr cure time, without removing or coating underneath existing equipment. • Conduct site‑specific safety meetings, lockout/tagout, and use Level C PPE; provide final walkthrough and acceptance by a Government representative.
