Description
The Irvington Board of Education is seeking a qualified vendor to provide temporary, as‑needed paraprofessional staff to support its Department of Special Education for the 2025‑2026 school year. The vendor must supply personnel who meet state credential requirements, have clean background checks, and can perform a range of duties from classroom assistance to personal‑care tasks. The contract is a fixed‑price, one‑year agreement with options to extend for up to two additional years.
• Provide on‑site paraprofessionals on an “as‑needed” basis when shortages arise.
• Each staff member must have at least 48 college credits or pass the NJ paraprofessional exam, plus a current criminal‑background clearance.
