Description
The United States Coast Guard (USCG) Surface Force Logistics Center is urgently seeking a single‑source, brand‑name OEM tow line for the cutter USCGC Seneca. The tow line must be a Samson Rope Technologies, LLC AmSteel‑Blue synthetic fiber product, conforming to the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and specifications. Delivery is required FOB destination to the USCG facility at 4000 Coast Guard Blvd, Portsmouth, VA 23703, no later than 30 October 2026. Offerors must be authorized Samson Rope vendors and provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) with their quotation. The solicitation is a total small‑business set‑aside; only responsible small businesses may submit. Quotations must be firm‑fixed‑price, include a full cost breakdown, unit and total prices, payment terms, discount for prompt payment, UEI, and CAGE code, and be submitted by 10 A.M. EST on 25 September 2026 (email to Nichole Cundiff, cc Karla Balint). Evaluation will consider price, warranty, and compliance with SAM registration. The contract will be awarded on an all‑or‑none basis to the lowest responsive and responsible offer.
