Description
The Army Contracting Command (ACC) - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Tobyhanna Division, is seeking sources capable of providing Potable Water Sampling services at Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna, PA. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and transportation to execute a comprehensive drinking water quality monitoring program. The contractor's responsibilities will include conducting weekly, quarterly, and annual sampling for various parameters, maintaining the capability to perform emergency sampling, and ensuring timely and accurate entry and submission of all sample results into the PaDEP Drinking Water Electronic Reporting (DWELR) system.
Some key aspects of the job include:
• Conducting weekly sampling for Total Coliform, E. coli, and Chlorine
• Conducting annual, quarterly, and tri-annual sampling for a range of parameters
• Maintaining the capability to perform emergency sampling
• Ensuring timely and accurate entry and submission of all sample results into the PaDEP DWELR system
• Possessing and maintaining a valid certification from the PaDEP for the duration of the contract
