The City of New York, through DCAS, is seeking vendors to provide a wide range of NY‑State‑sourced frozen meat, poultry, and fish products for a one‑year requirements contract serving the Department of Correction. Bidders must submit a completed bid sheet (Version 3) via PASSPort, meet strict sourcing, labeling, and certification standards, and be ready to deliver large volumes on a delivered (FOB Destination) basis.
• Required items include specific beef cuts, ground beef blends, turkey (ground, thigh, breast), chicken leg quarters, chicken thigh meat, chicken breast, frozen salmon fish cakes, whiting, and crusted tilapia – all NY‑State sourced, with halal or antibiotic‑free specifications where indicated.
