The Commonwealth of Kentucky, Department for Environmental Protection, is seeking bids for the Mount Sterling Landfill Cap Project. The project involves capping an existing landfill by removing existing fences and gates, stripping and stockpiling topsoil, earthwork grading, installing compacted earthen material, non-woven geotextile, and topsoil, as well as placing crushed stone and new fences and gates. The project also includes revegetation of the area.
