Description
The West Virginia Department of Tourism is soliciting bids for the roof replacement of the West Virginia Culture Center. The project includes all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, permits, transportation, disposal, insurance, bonds, and incidentals necessary to complete the project. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on June 24, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST. Vendors must attend the pre-bid meeting to be considered for the contract. The project is expected to be completed within 100 days from the notice to proceed.

• The project requires commercial general liability insurance and automobile liability insurance.
• The project requires compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances.
• The project requires a drug-free workplace policy and a written plan for a drug-free workplace.
• The project requires a certified report to the public authority which let the contract, including information on education and training, laboratory certification, average number of employees, and drug test results.
