2026 General Construction

The City of Columbus, Recreation and Parks Department is seeking a contractor to provide general construction services, including concrete and brick work, exterior plumbing, demolition, and more, on an as-needed basis from May 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027. The estimated dollar amount for this agreement is up to $50,000. The contractor must be able to provide all necessary equipment and parts, ensure public safety, and adhere to industry standards and regulations. The successful bidder will be required to submit a State of Ohio Workers' Compensation Certificate, Liability Insurance Certificate, and must be registered with The Ohio Secretary of State. • The contractor must be able to perform general construction services, including concrete and brick work, exterior plumbing, demolition, and more. • The contractor must be able to provide all necessary equipment and parts to fully complete contracted work. • The contractor must ensure public safety during the completion of the contracted service. • The contractor must adhere to industry standards and abide by all EPA, OSHA, and applicable regulations.
