The City of Sacramento is soliciting qualified contractors to design, furnish, install, and commission a full outside‑plant communications pathway to support an ANSI/TIA and ISO/IEC compliant structured cabling system. The scope includes installation of a duct‑bank, underground conduit spaces, fiber‑optic cabling, splicing, terminations, and a distribution enclosure, all to be completed within a 100‑working‑day construction window.
