This solicitation seeks a qualified general contractor to replace the fire‑alarm control panel and upgrade the hydraulic elevator system in Morrill Hall at The Ohio State University’s Marion campus. The work includes demolition, asbestos abatement, installation of new fire‑alarm devices, wiring, conduit, and associated testing, as well as removal of existing elevator components and installation of a modern hydraulic elevator, fire‑rated shaft upgrades, and related electrical and mechanical work. The contractor must comply with Ohio prevailing‑wage rules, EDGE participation goals, SUPR program enrollment, and federal executive orders restricting work outside the United States and dealings with Russian entities.
