Ticket Destruction and Recycling for MN Lottery

The State of Minnesota is seeking a qualified contractor to provide secure destruction of lottery scratch tickets and lotto games roll stock, confidential records destruction, and responsible recycling of all associated materials. The contractor will be required to deliver these services on an as-needed basis at two primary locations in Minnesota. The contract term is anticipated to be 24 months, with the option to extend up to an additional three years. The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $18,000 to $25,000. • The contractor must have current certification from the International Secure Information Governance & Management Association (i-SIGMA) for paper and electronic media management. • The contractor must maintain NAID AAA Certification throughout the duration of the contract. • The contractor must comply with all applicable local, county, and state requirements. • The contractor must provide pricing for contract services listed on Exhibit D, Supplement 2 Price Schedule. • The contractor must submit all requested documentation, including Attachment A: Responder Declarations, Attachment B: Exceptions to State's Terms and Conditions, and Attachment D: Responder Forms.
