Budget estimate

$150,000 – $300,000

The solicitation does not disclose a contract value. Comparable county fuel‑break contracts in California typically range from $150,000 to $300,000 depending on acreage, equipment needs, labor intensity, and disposal costs. Given the 8.5‑acre scope, required mechanical equipment, herbicide application, and debris hauling, a realistic estimate falls within that band. Factors influencing the final amount include the contractor’s hourly rates, fuel‑break density, and any local‑business preference adjustments.
