The State of Michigan is seeking a professional services firm to provide complete design and construction‑administration services for the Harley Ensign Boating Access Site Improvements in Harrison Township. The scope covers all phases from initial study through final design and both office and field construction administration, following the DTMB Standard Contract. The contractor must be licensed in Michigan, submit a technical and cost proposal via the SIGMA VSS portal, and attend a mandatory pre‑proposal meeting.
