Bridge Rehabilitation Project Designer, addenda 2 issued

The City of Lowell is seeking a designer for the rehabilitation of four bridges in the city. The bridges are in critical need of repair, and the project aims to eliminate weight restrictions and provide pedestrian connections between economic opportunity areas, neighborhoods, education centers, and national park services. The project scope includes final design and permitting, reconstruction of sidewalks and railings, and construction of new bridge rails to protect pedestrians.
