Description
The Department of Labor and Industry is seeking proposals from Environmental Assessment Data System (EADS) vendors to furnish, install, maintain, and calibrate a flowmeter and to collect, monitor, and analyze sewage flow data for compliance and optimum sanitary sewer system performance. The selected vendor will be required to provide all facilities, labor, materials, services, skills, supervision, insurance, and necessary equipment to manage and conduct provision of services under this contract. The contract has a duration of 1 year with four 1-year renewals. Key responsibilities include:
• Installing and calibrating a flowmeter and rain gauge
• Collecting, monitoring, and analyzing sewage flow data
• Providing regular field service and calibration checks
• Participating in monthly progress meetings with HGAC and PSFEI representatives
• Providing online access to flow meter data and rain gauge data
• Developing an emergency response continuity of operations plan
• Providing a turnover plan for approval by the Commonwealth within six months prior to the last day of the project
