The Navy’s Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD) is issuing a sole‑source procurement to acquire a single Biomerieux Bact/Alert Virtuo microbial detection system, an associated installation interface, and a 12‑month enhanced warranty. The contractor must deliver, install, configure, verify performance, and provide on‑site training and ongoing technical support for the system, which must be capable of continuously incubating and monitoring at least 400 culture bottles.
