Description
The Washington County is soliciting bids for the CSAH 18 (Bailey Road) Trail Improvement Project, which includes grading, bituminous trail, stormwater, and turf establishment. The project requires excavation, bituminous walk, and other related work. The bids will be received in the form of an electronic copy until 2:00 p.m. on September 1, 2026.
• Major quantities include 2,216 cubic yards of excavation common and 10,705 square feet of 3” bituminous walk.
• Bidders will pay an additional $42 fee to bid online on QuestCDN.com.
• Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or a corporate surety bond made in favor of Washington County in an amount equal to not less than 5% of the total bid.
