The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Atlantic intends to award a sole source contract to the American Society of Civil Engineers for five online training courses. The courses are: Earthquake Engineering for Structures, Seismic Loads, Seismic Design and Detailing of Steel and Concrete Buildings, Seismic Analysis of Building Structures, and Seismic Evaluation and Retrofit of Existing Buildings. These courses are for eight structural engineers within the NAVFAC Structural Engineering Community of Practice. • The contract is for a firm fixed price sole source award. • The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611430, Professional and Management Development Training. • The Small Business size standard is $15.0 million. • Interested parties may submit a statement of capabilities to demonstrate their ability to meet the requirements. • The Government will determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement based on the responses received.
