Description
The VA VHA is seeking information from potential contractors for a sole‑source, one‑year contract (2027) to provide preventive and full remedial maintenance on Omnicell pharmaceutical dispensing systems at the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center in Shreveport, LA. The contractor must supply all labor, tools, parts, travel, and supervision, follow manufacturer specifications, and submit service reports to the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). Two preventive maintenance visits per year are required, and all remedial service calls are included. The effort involves servicing a defined inventory of Omnicell units and complying with HIPAA and VHA information‑security requirements.
