Consulting Services for Park Trails Accessibility Audit Phase 2

The City of Vancouver intends to directly award a contract to AccessNow for Phase 2 of the Park Trails Accessibility Audit and Accessible Tourism Mapping project. The work involves conducting accessibility field audits of approximately 57 km of park trails across seven areas, leveraging AccessNow’s proprietary digital platform to produce interactive, publicly‑facing accessibility maps for residents and tourists. The consultant will also provide project management services and integrate the data into the AccessNow platform, with an initial three‑month engagement and optional extensions of up to four additional one‑year periods.
