Description
The City of Tuscaloosa’s Water & Sewer Department is seeking a qualified professional engineering firm to provide engineering and related services for the relocation of water and sanitary sewer utilities associated with the ALDOT Highway 69 & Skyland Boulevard Grade Project. The scope includes design assistance, coordination, contract‑document preparation, construction administration, QA/QC program execution, and a design‑to‑budget approach. Submissions are limited to a 12‑page PDF, must include licensing, experience, conflict of interest disclosures, and a five‑year history of contracts, claims, and litigation. The selection will be based on a numerical scoring system (experience, project understanding, QA/QC) and pass/fail criteria (compliance, licensing, conflicts).
