The City of Daytona Beach seeks a qualified consulting firm to lead market and site analysis, industry outreach, recruitment, event coordination, and marketing for a new amusement‑and‑entertainment‑park development on the beachfront Boardwalk. The consultant will identify suitable developers/operators, create a recruitment strategy, organize a showcase event, produce marketing collateral, and deliver monthly progress and final recommendation reports. • Scope includes market feasibility, competitor analysis, and site suitability assessment. • Must develop and execute a targeted outreach and recruitment campaign to attract qualified amusement‑park operators. • Organize a full‑scale showcase event (logistics, permits, infrastructure, vendor management). • Produce marketing package (brochure, prospectus, presentations). • Provide regular reporting and a final recommendation report. • Minimum qualification: at least five years of active consulting experience with similar projects. • Contract awarded by the City or its Community Redevelopment Agency.
