RFP 26-23 Cherry Festival Carnival Operator and Ticketing Services

The City of Beaumont is seeking a qualified contractor to install, operate, and dismantle a full carnival midway and to provide an integrated ticketing system for its annual Cherry Festival. The contractor must supply rides, games, staffing, safety inspections, utilities, and waste management, while also delivering a PCI‑DSS‑compliant online and on‑site ticketing platform that tracks admissions and ride revenues.
