Maintenance Dredging, Delaware River, Philadelphia to Sea and Wilmington Harbor FY26 Project

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District is soliciting bids for the Maintenance Dredging, Delaware River, Philadelphia to Sea and Wilmington Harbor FY26 Project. The project involves maintenance dredging of approximately 2.5 million cubic yards of sediment within the Delaware River and 350,000 cubic yards within Wilmington Harbor. The work includes hydraulic cutterhead dredging and mechanical or hydraulic cutterhead dredging with placement of the dredged material into designated disposal areas. The period of performance will be 240 calendar days. • The project requires contour dredging to the required depths with 1 or 2-foot allowable overdepth. • Before and after dredging surveys for measurement will be performed by the government. • The project involves removal and satisfactory disposal of material from various locations, including Wilmington Harbor, Christina River, and Marcus Hook, Bellvue/Cherry Island, Deepwater Point, and New Castle Ranges.
