Circuit- Backup Direct Connect B33

The National Institute of Health (NIH) intends to award a sole source purchase order for the National Institute of Allergy & Infectious Disease (NIAID) to procure a Circuit- Backup Direct Connect B33. The purpose of this acquisition is to deliver a fully diverse, end-to-end fiber path between the NIAID Bethesda location and the AWS US-East-1 Northern Virginia region, specifically configured as a backup to the existing 2 x 10 Gbps primary data center connections. • The proposed action may be awarded on a sole source basis to Zayo Group LLC under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. • Zayo Group LLC is the only responsible source known to provide the services needed. • Responses must be in writing and must be submitted electronically to Damian Hurge, Contract Specialist at [email protected] by 12:00 PM EST on June 27, 2026. • Proposals must include pricing information.
