Description
The State of Colorado, Department of Military and Veterans Affairs/Colorado Air National Guard is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the replacement of the roof on Building 706. The project includes recovering the existing ballasted EPDM roof system with a new adhered 60 mil EPDM roof system, removing the existing river rock ballast, installing new gypsum boards and a high density isocyanurate cover board, and installing new sheet metal copings, flashings, and counterflashings. The finished roof system must be covered by a 20-year leak-free no-dollar-limit warranty for material and labor.
• The project is estimated to cost $700,000.00.
• The bidder must have experience in projects of similar scope and complexity.
• The bidder must have a bonding capability of up to $1,500,000.00.
• A mandatory pre-bid conference and site tour will be held on June 2, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
• Bids are due on June 23, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
