Description
The City of DeLand is seeking qualified engineering consulting firms to submit statements of qualifications for a subject‑matter expert who can advise on stormwater master planning, design standards, and modeling. This is a continuing‑services solicitation, meaning the selected consultant will provide ongoing professional engineering support for stormwater‑related projects as needs arise.
• Deliver expertise on stormwater engineering design, planning, and modeling.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise for the development of a stormwater master plan and related analyses.
• Offer a continuing professional‑engineering service contract to support future city projects on an as‑needed basis.
• Submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) demonstrating relevant experience, staff qualifications, and capacity to perform the work.
• All submissions must be received by the deadline on August 18, 2026.
