Budget estimate

$50,000 – $150,000

Based on typical consulting rates for engineering site‑analysis projects of this scope (approximately 1–2 weeks of senior engineer time plus data acquisition and reporting), the total contract value is likely to fall between $50,000 and $150,000. The lower end reflects a basic feasibility study, while the higher end assumes extensive field work, detailed environmental assessments, and multiple site visits.
