Design Services For Tanglewood Park Multi-Use Trail and Wildlife Viewing Platform

The Forsyth County Parks and Recreation Department is soliciting qualifications for design services for the Tanglewood Park Multi-Use Trail and Wildlife Viewing Platform. The selected design team will provide concurrent design and construction turnkey activities, resulting in a finished, fully usable facility that satisfies all project requirements and contract terms. The project includes the design of a multi-use trail, roadway realignment, parking lot construction, and a wildlife viewing platform. The design team will be responsible for all design professionals, trade contractors, and trade supplier contracts. Key aspects of the project include: • Designing a multi-use trail and wildlife viewing platform that accommodates the needs of Forsyth County • Completing the project in a timely fashion without undue delays and within the County’s funding resources • Providing contract and construction administration services • Incorporating environmentally responsible building practices • Effectively collaborating with the County and other stakeholders
