Description
The City of Toledo is seeking a contractor to repair the decorative lighting on the High-Level Bridge. The scope of work includes replacing data enablers and/or decorative luminaries as needed to be fully functional. The contractor will determine the means and methods to reach and replace/repair the defective parts. The bid price shall include all costs for labor, specialized access equipment, and material to supply, deliver, install, and repair as needed. The successful bidder will be required to submit certified payrolls to the City for all labor performed on the project.
• The project is a prevailing wage project, and the successful bidder must comply with the prevailing wage requirements.
• The successful bidder must enter into a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) with the Northwest Ohio Building and Construction Trades Council.
• The successful bidder must provide a performance bond in the amount of the bid price.
• The City of Toledo encourages all bidders to achieve a 10% MBE/WBE participation on all goods and services contracts.
