The GPO seeks a vendor to produce the 2025 Annual Report for the U.S. Sentencing Commission, consisting of 1,440 saddle‑stitched 32‑page pamphlets with special spot‑color embossing and nationwide mailing of 1,138 copies. The work includes offset printing, embossing, envelope production, digital file delivery, and compliance with stringent government quality‑assurance standards. • 1,440 printed copies (32‑page, 8½ × 11 in., wrap‑around cover) with Pantone 2767C and 158C spot colors and embossed cover. • Production of Tyvek‑finish envelopes and mailing of 1,138 individual copies using USPS bulk‑mail requirements (CASS, PAVE, NCOA). • Delivery of final digital files (InDesign, optimized PDF) and required GPO forms; all costs (including postage) must be included in the bid. • Mandatory quality‑level 2 inspection, press‑sheet proofing, and provision of 13 QARC random‑copy samples. • Partial delivery of 300 copies by 06/26/2026, full shipment by 06/30/2026.
