Description
The U.S. Postal Service is seeking independent contractors across the United States to write Final Agency Decisions (FADs) for Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) cases in compliance with EEOC regulations. Contractors will enter into an Ordering Agreement and receive task orders on a “fee‑for‑service” basis, with no guaranteed volume of work. Compensation is per case ($500 standard, $600 for consolidated cases, plus $100 for expedited cases). Writers are expected to handle 8‑10 cases per month, subject to performance evaluation on quality, style, and timeliness. Applicants must submit a technical proposal, past‑performance documentation, and a resume via email by the solicitation close date. Successful candidates must complete EEO FAD Writer training and obtain a USPS security clearance.
