145th AW - Powered Paragliding (PPG) Flight and Sustainment System

The North Carolina National Guard is seeking a contractor to provide a Powered Paragliding (PPG) Flight and Sustainment System. The system must include two distinct primary paraglider wings per set to support varied operational weight profiles, a power unit with a minimum 185cc engine, and a harness with integrated spine protection. The contractor must also provide sustainment and spare parts packages, as well as training for two personnel. The system must meet specific technical requirements, including a minimum payload capacity of 80 lbs and the ability to operate at high altitudes. Key features of the system include: • Primary Flight Canopies (Paragliders) with two distinct wings per set • Power Unit with a minimum 185cc engine • Harness with integrated spine protection • Sustainment and spare parts packages • Training for two personnel The contractor must demonstrate experience in delivering similar powered paragliding or individual aerial mobility flight systems and associated training.
