The St. Clair County Board of Education is seeking a single vendor to provide comprehensive substitute‑personnel services for all schools in the county for the 2022‑2023 school year. The contract covers four categories of substitutes (lunchroom workers, teachers, janitorial staff, and instructional aides) and requires the vendor to recruit, train, payroll, and manage a pool of 60‑100 substitutes per day, provide a 24‑hour online request platform, an on‑site manager, weekly billing integration, and full compliance with Alabama background‑check, E‑Verify, licensing, and safety regulations.
