58--NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to award a sole source purchase order to Ornitela UAB for the provision of Ornitela Ornitrack 2.8, 6.0, and 10.0 GPS/GSM transmitters. The transmitters are capable of recording locations with an accuracy of ~10m and storing these data until the bird flies past a Cell Tower and then uploads these locations for transmission back to the owner of the transmitter. The requirements include the delivery of 60 Ornitela Ornitrack 2.8, 10 OrniTrack 6.0, and 10 Ornitrack 10.0 GPS/GSM model transmitters.
