Description
The County of Henrico is seeking qualified contractors to extend water distribution infrastructure along Williamsburg Road and Chapman Lane. The work includes installation of approximately 1,735 linear feet of ductile‑iron water mains of various diameters, connection of five new water service lines, installation of four fire hydrants, and full site and pavement restoration. Technical addenda clarify pipe backfill requirements, joint restraints, and shutdown coordination with the owner. Bids must be submitted electronically by the deadline and acknowledged the addendum.
