Description
The Department of Mental Health is seeking a single feasible source contract for the planning, design, construction, expansion, and operation of a children’s behavioral health hospital. The hospital will provide expanded access to mental health services, including family and group therapy, and intensive outpatient services. The contract will be for one year with two one-year renewal options. The scope of work includes renovations of a building to provide these services.

• The hospital is located in a city with more than 23,000 but fewer than 27,000 inhabitants, and in a county with more than one million inhabitants.
