Description
The Internal Services Department of Los Angeles County is seeking bids for the renewal of Salesforce applications. The contract is for a period of one year, from October 30, 2025, to October 29, 2026. The requested items include data storage, Lightning Platform - Unlimited Edition, Lightning Force 100 - Unlimited Edition, Government Cloud Plus, and Salesforce Shield. Bidders must provide a certificate of insurance with $2 million in privacy/network security (cyber) liability coverage. The county reserves the right to cancel any agreement formulated from this inquiry if delivery or services prove unsatisfactory.
• The bid must include a completed Request for Bid (RFB) form, Appendix A package, and other required documents.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, and directives.
• The bidder must provide a written copy of the additional insured endorsement, with the County of Los Angeles listed as the certificate holder.
• The bidder must ensure that all items are guaranteed equal in quality and pattern to those specified.
