The Indian Health Service (IHS) Crow Service Unit is seeking qualified contractors to provide regulated medical waste disposal services at the Crow Agency in Montana. The contract will begin on October 1 2026 and includes a base year plus up to four optional one‑year extensions, for a maximum performance period of five years.
