The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) is seeking a California‑certified small business to supply a large quantity of toilet paper and paper towels to multiple correctional facilities in Region 1. The solicitation is an SB “Option” RFQ, limited to awards of $250 k or less, and requires all‑inclusive FOB‑Destination pricing with freight prepaid. Bidders must submit a complete set of mandatory certifications (SB, DARFUR, CalRecycle recycled‑content, GenAI disclosure, civil‑rights, etc.) and deliver the goods according to a phased schedule (January‑March 2027).
