Multiple Award IDIQ for Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) to Naval Station Guantanamo Bay (NSGB)

The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command is seeking multiple award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts for the supply and delivery of liquefied natural gas (LNG) to Naval Station Guantanamo Bay (NSGB) in support of a natural gas-powered combined cycle power plant (CCPP). The ordering period under each IDIQ contract will be approximately five months or an aggregate not-to-exceed value of $8,950,000 for all contracts, whichever comes first. The contractor will be responsible for delivering LNG to NSGB, with a minimum guarantee of $500.00 for the life of the contract. • The contractor must provide a feasible technical approach for the supply and delivery of LNG to NSGB, including the proposed source of LNG, the proposed vessel for delivery, and confirmation that the offeror can meet the delivery laycans of the "seed project". • The contractor must provide a sample LNG delivery manifest and/or LNG discharge report with all pertinent information required by the RFQ. • The contractor must submit up to three examples of projects that demonstrate recent, relevant experience as a prime or subcontractor on projects similar in size, scope, and complexity to the requirements described in the RFQ.
