Description
The City of Salina is soliciting bids for concrete improvements across multiple municipal parks (Phase 4b). The work includes demolition and construction of sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and reinforced concrete pavements, as well as related site work such as excavation, aggregate base placement, traffic control, and seeding. Optional alternates address specific park locations and additional curb/median work. Bidders must provide unit prices for each line item; the city will award a lump‑sum contract based on measured quantities.
