Mill Branch Wastewater Pumping Station (WWPS) HVAC and Odor Control Improvements

The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) is soliciting bids for the Mill Branch Wastewater Pumping Station (WWPS) HVAC and Odor Control Improvements project. The project involves performing construction upgrades at the Mill Branch WWPS, including HVAC and plumbing improvements, odor control improvements, and other mechanical, electrical, and structural work. The contractor must have experience in performing construction of water and wastewater treatment process mechanical improvements and must meet certain minimum qualifications. The bid must include a lump sum price for the work, as well as unit prices for contingent work. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
