The City of Calexico seeks a qualified landscape architectural, engineering, or multidisciplinary design firm to develop three conceptual design alternatives for the 15‑acre Adrian C. Cordova Memorial Park, produce planning‑level cost estimates, and lead a bilingual community‑engagement process. The consultant will deliver hard‑copy and digital deliverables, including site analysis, community‑engagement report, three conceptual plans, phased cost estimates, and a refined preferred concept for City Council approval. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑fee, 12‑month base term (Oct 30 2026 – Oct 30 2027) with up‑to‑two optional one‑year extensions.
• Scope: conceptual planning, site analysis, three design alternatives, cost estimating, community outreach (minimum five live events, bilingual), and final preferred concept package.
• Deliverables: 5 hard copies + 1 USB, PDF narrative, optional AutoCAD/GIS files, cost‑estimate spreadsheet, outreach materials, and presentation decks.
