Description
The Town of Garland is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to construct and pave a walking track located at the West 7th Street Soccer Field and furnish and install new playground equipment at Curtis D. Cain memorial park. The project is funded through Community Development Block Grant – Neighborhood Revitalization (CDBG-NR) funds and is subject to all applicable Federal and State requirements. The selected contractor shall provide all equipment, installation, and related services necessary to deliver a complete and functional playground. Key aspects of the project include:
• Furnishing and installing a commercial-grade playground system designed for public recreational use
• Providing standard installation services, including assembly and secure anchoring of all playground components
• Coordinating delivery and installation scheduling with the Town
• Restoring disturbed areas resulting from installation activities
• Providing manufacturer and installation warranties for playground equipment and workmanship
