V-Box Spreader

The Statewide Procurement Division (SPD) is seeking bids for V-Box Spreaders. The major customer for these items is the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT). The contract term will commence on the effective date set out in a Notice of Award issued by CPA and automatically expires on April 30, 2027, with options to renew for up to four years. Respondents must provide pricing for the base unit and optional equipment, as well as shipping and handling costs. The solicitation includes a Mandatory Price Sheet that must be completed and returned with the response. • The V-Box Spreader must be new, unused, and in first-class condition. • The Respondent must provide a warranty for the equipment. • The Respondent must provide insurance coverage for the term of the contract. • The Respondent must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The Respondent must provide a statement of intent regarding insurance coverage. • The Respondent must complete and return the Mandatory Price Sheet. • The Respondent must provide descriptive literature for the products offered.
